The Lament for Art O' Leary (Caoineaidh Uí Laoghaire)
This is an award winning film from UCC (Houston International Film Festival 2018) which tells the story of Art O' Leary who was murdered during the Penal Laws in Ireland in 1773 for the fine possession of a horse which he refused to sell. Much more to it than that but I'll let the film tell you the story.
