Just heard the news of the passing of Shane MacGowan who was one of Ireland's finest poets and songwriters. The above is a tribute by Liam Clancy and it was loaded by Anna Rodgers way back in 2008 and with thanks. Shane was born on Christmas Day 1957 and died today Thursday the 30th of November 2023.
