The Desmond O' Grady International Poetry Competition 2022!
This one has a closing date of the 18th of March and you can enter by post or by email. The prizewinner of the competition will be announced in April 2022 and will be invited to give a reading of his or her work during the 2023 festival. The first prize is €200 Euro and the Runner-Up prize is €50 Euro. Poems can be on any subject and presented in any form or style and though the recommended length is 40 lines this is not an absolute. The competition judge is Adam Wyeth.
