Tom T. Hall, May 25th 1936 - August 20, 2021.
One of America's greatest country singer - songwriters and known as "The Storyteller" just about everyone has a favourite Tom T. Hall song, though some of them wouldn't get airplay now in the more politically correct times that we live in. Must look up one of the more controversial ones if I can find it.
