The Meath Writers' Circle were guests last Thursday for an afternoon of poetry and song in St Elizabeth's of Athboy and would like to thank the residents and staff there for what was an enjoyable gathering. Poems that were schoolbook favourites or songs from yesteryear made for an entertaining get together and ended with light refreshments and tea for all. Again a big thank you to everyone there.
