About fourteen people turned out last Thursday night for the first meeting of the year in the Trim Castle Hotel and while some poems were read, events to mark the centenary of the Rising and the launch of our forthcoming book on the period and indeed the last hundred years, took order of precedence. The launch itself is on Thursday the 3rd of March in the Trim Castle Hotel at 8 pm and everyone is welcome. But more on that to follow. A night of poetry and song and plenty of conversation.
